Orchestral concert with works by Antonio Vivaldi and G.F. Handel

The orchestra The Academy of Arches "G.G.Arrigoni" under the calm and level-headed baton of Domenico Mason played music with spirit and youthful vigour. Some members of the orchestra are winners of national and international violin competitions. At the harpsichord, unfortunately something in the background, played precisely and sensitively Prof. Alberto Busettini.

The concert started with G.F. Handel's "Concerto grosso in G major", followed by the main program of the evening "Four Seasons" von Antonio Vivaldi. When listening more closely, the concert-goer could immerse himself in the respective
think of the seasons. The third part followed "Gypsy way" by
Paul of Sarasate. A high-wire acrobatics for every violin soloist, that of the young violinist Daniil Bulayev skilfully, often impetuous but brilliantly mastered. "Standing ovations" as an encore was still, based on Vivaldi's seasons, "Posteño Summer" von Astor Piazzolla listen. An extremely successful concert evening at the Arnoldstein monastery ruins, greeted with much applause from the audience present.
